Three New Associate Directors Join The Automation Partnership To Add Valuable Expertise to the US Commercial Group
The Automation Partnership (TAP), a world leading manufacturer of automation for life science applications, is pleased to announce it has recruited three new Associate Directors to its US Commercial Group. The new staff will strengthen TAP’s US presence and offer direct, rapid contact with TAP’s technical expertise.
The new Associate Directors, Kim Bure, Steve Deal and Linda Jesse have over 50 years’ commercial experience of advising and supporting scientists within the biotech and pharma industry. Kim, who has a degree in chemistry from Northwestern University, has successfully worked for 14 years within two major US life science equipment and consumables suppliers, as well as contract research organisations, so understands the commercial needs of bench researchers and bioprocess scientists alike.
Steve has spent seven years with a leading drug discovery automation firm and an additional 13 years marketing life science equipment and consumables. This has provided Steve with a good knowledge base to draw on from which he can offer advice on many technical aspects of automating drug discovery applications.
Linda also has 20 years’ experience of marketing life science consumables specialising in cell culture products. Her commercial and technical expertise, gained by working for three major suppliers in this field, means Linda can also provide support with automated cell culture applications.
Ian Ransome, Sales Director at TAP commented: “We are delighted to add three outstanding individuals with a breadth of technical and commercial strengths to our US Commercial Group. We are confident that Kim, Steve and Linda’s knowledge and professional approach to the business of automating life science research applications will result in an excellent level of service for our existing and potential US customers.”
