New sample management software installed at four major Pharma sites

The Automation Partnership (TAP) will be showcasing its latest generation sample management software, Concerto™, at the forthcoming Compound Management Integrity & QC Conference in London.

The web-based Concerto software has been designed as a global inventory management system - offering a single solution in place of multiple in-house legacy systems. It provides all the key functions such as order tracking, inventory status, and workflow management and supports third party storage and liquid handling equipment, as well as TAP's automation systems. Ongoing customer service is provided by TAP's dedicated support offices in the USA and Europe, relieving pressure on internal resources.

Concerto has now been rolled out to 4 sites for 3 major Pharma customers, with an additional installation planned for later in 2008. These initial deployments cover a range of configurations from replacing / extending existing software installations, to new facilities spanning Europe and the USA.
